Prairie Mama Birth Services products are handcrafted one at a time. It is therefore very rare to create identical items. There may be natural blemishes/variations that are not product flaws. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products, so you may find minor distinctions that make your Prairie Mama Birth Services buys special and truly one-of-a-kind.
Each piece is handmade and we have no control as to how the resin / inclusion mixture sets. We can attempt to keep it the way we are instructed to do so, but the mixture does move around ever so slightly. This might look like inclusions covering part of the glitter flecks or different tones in one piece vs. another piece (made with the same inclusions).
The product images on the Prairie Mama Birth Services website may differ from the products you receive due to variations in electronic screens settings (computer/laptop/tablet/Smartphones).
Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colours of products, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.
Errors and inaccuracies
Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, up-to-date information on our Web site. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors. This site may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and some information may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We ship via Canada Post and all packages are carefully wrapped and insured. International buyers are responsible for any and all Customs Charges, Taxes and additional Postage and Handling Fees. Please check your country's Customs rules and regulations before ordering. **These charges are NOT included in the price! We cover the cost of shipping the finished item(s) to you within Canada and the United States but we are not responsible for any re-delivery fees, should you miss the parcel delivery.
Please contact your local post office if the parcel is marked as "out for delivery" but has not been delivered after 48 hours.
If the parcel has not been delivered within 48 business hours of being marked "out for delivery", it is the responsibility of the buyer (receiver of the parcel) to contact their local post office. If the local post office does not have the parcel, please contact USPS Customer Service (1-800-522-9085) or Canada Post Customer Service (1-866-607-6301), depending on which country you reside in. Make sure to have your tracking number handy. The tracking number is listed in the e-mail from us.
If the parcel is lost, please check with neighbours or others who may reside at your location. Contact your local post office to see if it was accidentally delivered there instead of your residence. If it still doesn't show up, please email us right away so that we can file a claim with the postal service (USPS / Canada Post).
Any items received damaged due to shipping will be replaced. Please keep all shipping materials and contact Prairie Mama Birth Services within 24 hours.
